Now it's just a matter of installing them one at a time until you find the bad mod. If you're no longer bald, it's a pretty good bet that some of your mods aren't playing nicely together. Start a new character and see if the hair shows up in character creation. If all else fails, I strongly recommend you do this and then INSTALL only whatever hair mod you're using. From what I saw in one of your screenies, you don't have that many mods so uninstalling ALL of them wouldn't be that painful. You could also have an incompatibility between two or more mods and that's another whole can of worms. It's tedious I know, but you'll have to check the mod page for each mod you have. Some of your mods may require patches that you've overlooked. Make sure all your mods are current and that you're meeting ALL the mod's requirements.
